My goals for hubpages are simply to grow as a writer; I've really enjoyed reading some of the great hubs posted here, and some insightful comments. Hopefully I'll figure out more of my writing style and preferences while I'm here, too.

I tend to write poetry and short articles; often they're about living with borderline personality disorder, childhood sexuality and/or masturbation, emotional abuse, and the act of writing itself.

I love animals, especially budgies - I have 6! - and struggle with depression and borderline personality disorder, among other things. I write poetry, short articles, sometimes short fiction, and often review books.

OH! I'm random, and addicted to reading and buying book, and recently found a copy of Rip Van Winkle - the 3 piece collection - for 50 cents. It's 109 years old...

Update - got an earlyish edition of Huncheback of Notre Dame - the british printed type - with red leather style binding. But apparently some old books of mine have blue mold. /:

Oops not leather. Not sure of the publishing date, think it's missing a page. /sigh
